Ceri has represented the UK at European & World level competitive aerobics. As well as presenting master classes & workshops at home & abroad he has extensive experience in Health Club management at a multi site level where he was National Fitness Manager for one the largest health & Fitness clubs in the world. He currently consults for many of the top clubs & centres in both the private and public sector. \n\nCeri's classes are renowned for putting the 'E' in Entertainment and have resulted in him achieving:
- Fit Camp Presenter of excellence in 2004.
- AFOGB International Ambassador for Fitness Award 2003.
Ceri is one of the Directors of Chrysalis Promotions who organize the International Fitness Showcase in Blackpool as well as delivering Group Exercise Solutions via their training arm Evolve Fitness Training.
