Jackie is the Creative Director for VirtualGym Tv and is using her ten years of experience working in the fitness industry to bring to the public the most up to date and exciting workouts in the UK. Jackie has established herself as an International Indoor Cycling specialist and Global Educator/Master Trainer for 'Tomahawk I.C.E' and Is sponsored by 'Pure Energy' as one of thier new Fitness Presenters.
Jackie has appeared on the Ideal Shopping Channel as a fitness expert as well as a Choreographer and presenter on two fitness DVD's one of which has the winning group from the 2007 Dance X TV program Dance Extreme workout released boxing day 2007. The other is called the Beach Bum workout both of which will be on your high street shelves by April 2008.
Jackie has also written for industry and commercial magazines such as Workout magazine and Zest.
