Lenovo/IBM have issued a recall notice relating to a component used in 160,000 of their touch screen systems. This is due to a reported failure in 2 (of the 160,000) systems relating to the power supply.
Unfortunately, this recall relates to a limited number of Cyber Coach customers who purchased between November 2011 and March 2012.
We are in the process of contacting all customers to whom we believe this affects.
The recall relates only to those with touch screens as shown in the image.
If you believe that your touch screen could be affected and haven't been contacted by us, please note down the model number and serial number found on the bottom right hand side and enter the details into the link below.
If your unit has been affected, please do not hesitate to contact us, whereupon we will arrange for an engineer to be on site as soon as possible to replace the recalled component.
